All new clients will need an initial assessment and several Physical therapy sessions. The foundation of our work is helping you acheive optimal health and wellness. To do this we need to find out where you are starting from, what issues you have and create a plan of how we can best help you achieve your goals.
If you have had a recent surgery, injury or are managing a chronic condition we will use the assessment to perform a physical therapy evaluation including tests and measure to guide your treatment plan. Referrals to other healthcare providers are provided in the event you need more than physical therapy to manage your condition.
These sessions include a range of effective treatments such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, dry needling, Pilates-based interventions, neuromuscular retraining, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations and craniosacral therapy. Ashli is a licensed physical therapist, online educator and workshop presenter who specializes in Pilates based rehab, osteoporosis, manual therapy, active aging, hypermobility, posture issues, headache, TMJ, and young athletes especially dancers. Her focused approach to physical therapy and Pilates will help you build a strong foundation that you will carry wherever life takes you.

Her broad and deep background in teaching movement and helping clients heal musculoskeletal issues and works to educate her clients minds and bodies, helping them to understand how best to care for their body for longevity in sport and life.

She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014, Comprehensive Certification in Pilates from Polestar Pilates in 2009, a BA in dance from Connecticut College, and years of specialized training and hands on experience in clinics, studios, on stages and in gyms.
